We conclude the week with a new gadget presented by our favorite Chinese giant, Xiaomi, on its official website. The product in question is a limited edition power bank created in collaboration with the Line Friends brand, we talk about the Xiaomi Mi Power Bank Brown Bear Edition.
As some of you may know, Line is a very popular messaging app in Asian countries. In fact, already a few months ago we had the chance to see it Xiaomi Mi 9 SE Bear Edition, in practice a Mi 9 SE in purple with the effigy of the Line mascot on the back cover.
The mascot is clearly the teddy bear that we can see in the images of the power bank presented today, but the device itself is not new. We are talking about the Xiaomi Mi Power Bank 3 launched several months ago, this time in the Line Friends edition.
The new power bank has a capacity of 10000mAh and is relatively compact with general dimensions of 147 x 71,2 x 14,2mm. Externally, the product has a minimal design with an aluminum body created through a CNC process, which makes it both pleasant to the touch and shock resistant. While for the color Xiaomi it went on the safe with a brown that is combined perfectly with the face of the bear.
As for the USB ports instead, we find a Type-A (ie the most common) and a Type-C to recharge the power bank itself. The reload options go instead from 5V2,4A / 9V2A / 12V1,5A to the Type-A port and 5V3A / 9V2A / 12V1,5A if the Type-C port is used; therefore a maximum power of 18W.
With the Xiaomi Mi Power Bank Brown Bear Edition it will be possible to recharge the Xiaomi Mi MIX 1,7S for 2 times, for 1,9 times the XS iPhone and other devices to well 18W.
Finally, the power bank comes with a cable that has both a Type-C and a MicroUSB port and can be set in a low power mode for devices such as Bluetooth headphones or Mi Band that benefit from low-voltage charging.
The Xiaomi Mi Power Bank Brown Bear Edition is now on sale in China at the 169 Yuan figure, around 21 euros at the exchange rate.
