Xiaomi MI5 - Easy guide for installing MIUI Multilanguage in Italian

With the release by the Xiaomi.eu team of the before Rom MIUI Multilanguage, you can finally install a MIUI completely in Italian, with integrated google services (playstore, contacts, calendar, frames, playervices) and no other Chinese applications.

Foreword (read it!)

This guide will illustrate how to do it in one procedure:

  • Installation of Recovery TWRP, necessary to install and start the custom ROMs
  • Installation of MIUI Multilanguage which includes Italian and all Google services (PlayStore, Contacts, Calendar, etc ..)

It is required a priori unlocking the bootloader!

The method is unique but valid both for the version Developer (developer) and Stable (stable) of xiaomi.eu

The proposed links refer to the latest versions. In the case of developer you will receive updates automatically. If you need to download more recent versions, remember that the Xiaomi Mi5 model code is "gemini"

If you do not know the differences between the different versions, read my insights: Differences between the versions of MIUI

The procedure will delete the entire contents of the phone, then perform a backup

Follow this guide at your own risk and risk. I am not responsible for any damages or malfunctions caused by the procedure.

Hello Simone! I now have the china dev (within a few days unlock the bootloader) but it does not convince me too many bugs.
How does the multilanguage developer behave? Is it based on the Chinese rom so the small bugs will be the same?
Tangible differences between the official global dev and that .eu?
thanks in advance of the answers ... (then I have another question lol)
