The Mijia Double Port Induction Cooker will go in crowdfunding on the Xiaomi Youpin platform starting from December 16 at the discounted price of 899 yuan, about 113 euros, while the price once the campaign is over will be 999 yuan, about 125 euros. Among the main functions we have that for frying, roasting, cooking and stewing; in fact the product arrives with the slogan “An all-round mobile kitchenette”.
In any case, Xiaomi has just released three posters about the new stove in which we are shown some of the "magical skills" of the new kitchen product, that is, those for stewing and frying.
From the point of view of cooking itself, Mijia's double-plate induction cooker adopts an external temperature sensor which can intelligently adjust the firepower. In the promotional teaser, Xiaomi also stated that "the first time you cook, you will not be stuck", alluding to the fact that cooking with the new Mijia Double Port Induction Cooker will be easier than ever. So, for example, to cook the stew a continuous low-power heating is used, so that the soup is boiled slowly.
In addition, the stove is equipped with a 63 cm large grill pan that thanks to precise heat control at 100 levels will allow us to cook a perfect steak halfway through cooking very easily.
As for the other specs, the Mijia Double Port Induction Cooker arrives with features such as independent temperature control on both sides, a high firepower of 2200W and precision fire control.
Finally, in terms of design, the new product brings the typical minimal design of Mijia products. We have two knobs, one on the right and one on the left to set the temperatures separately and there are four touch buttons that can be used for the timer or to turn off the stove.
