The alternative means of transport has been on the market for quite some time and therefore a refreshing is a must, so here's the Xiaomi Mijia Electric Scooter Pro!
As the word "Pro" suggests, the new model does not differ much from the previous version, at least in design. Where instead we see the differences is in the internal hardware like battery, motor and externally with the display on the handlebars.

As for the autonomy, Xiaomi has managed to integrate a lithium battery from 474Wh (18650) for a maximum range of well 45 kilometers, moreover the battery status can be controlled through the Mijia application at all times.
From the safety point of view, the Xiaomi Mijia Electric Scooter Pro equips a dual brake system with the front wheel that uses E-ABS technology, managing to recover the kinetic energy and transforming it into electricity, while the rear wheel has a disc brake. ventilated with a diameter of 120mm for ultra-fast braking. In addition, there is a small light in the back so that a car or other vehicle can see you from behind even in the dark.
The Xiaomi scooter then has 8,5-inch tires to fit most terrains, a total weight of 14,2kg and can be folded fast enough. As we said at the beginning, the design is very similar to the non-Pro version, with a completely black body and some red accents scattered here and there.
The Xiaomi Mijia Electric Scooter Pro will go on sale for 2799 Yuan, or 365 € (at least in China).
