Xiaomi Mijia Panel Light Series Are The New Ultra-Affordable Smart Lamps

The Mijia Panel Light series stands out for the integration of a human presence sensor and a light sensor, making these panels ideal for use in environments such as bathrooms and kitchens. Currently, the cheapest Mi Home sensor on the market costs around 60 yuan (about 8 euros), so the inclusion of these features in a light panel at this price represents a significant saving.

Mijia light panels boast a high colour rendering index (CRI), equal to Ra90, which ensures vivid and natural colors. The protection against blue light is rated at the RG0 exemption level, ensuring that there is no visible flickering and relieving eye fatigue. The The color temperature of the light is set at 5700K, providing bright white light ideal for various daily activities.

The series includes two main models: the L30 model with a power of 18W, suitable for rooms from 5 to 10 square meters, and the L60 model with a power of 24W, ideal for spaces from 10 to 15 square meters. Both models offer excellent performance and uniform light distribution.

The surface of the lamp body has passed the waterproof and dustproof tests with IP44 certification, ensuring that the panels are resistant to the humidity of the kitchen and bathroom and can effectively prevent dust from entering. This makes them not only aesthetically pleasing but also easy to keep clean.

Mijia light panels also support a intelligent night light mode, which allows you to turn on the light at night with an ultra-low, soft and non-glare brightness. This function is particularly useful for those who need a dim light during the night hours.

Using the solution Bluetooth Mesh for connection, Mijia light panels require the use of a gateway, but offer a more stable connection than Wi-Fi and are less prone to disconnections. In addition, these panels are compatible with Mi Home and support HyperOS and Xiao Ai, allowing intelligent and integrated control with other home devices.
