Xiaomi officially introduced the Mijia Pet Air Purifier, the first product in the Mijia purifier series designed specifically for pets. Available in China at a price of 2999 yuan (about 385 euros), the purifier benefits from a special pre-sale price of 2399 yuan (about 308 euros).

The Mijia Pet Air Purifier uses a special triple modified activated carbon formula which, through three main chemical reactions — amino acid decomposition, acid-base neutralization, and metal ion complexation — is able to adsorb and decompose common pet odors, such as breath, sweat, and excrement. This advanced system has received the “Pet Care Grade” certification from the Chinese Academy of Building Research, proving its effectiveness in air purification.
The purifier adopts a Dual airflow design with double volute-tongue and a high-speed centrifugal fan, which allows large volumes of air to be transported over long distances. The value CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rate) for particles is 489m³/h, ensuring rapid removal of loose hair, dander and allergens. For easy maintenance, the hair collection container is washable.
