Xiaomi has officially started to anticipate the MIX Flip 2, its first foldable smartphone of the year, generating great anticipation among technology enthusiasts. The marketing manager of the smartphone division, Wei Siqi, has in fact shared some details about the device on Weibo, confirming that president Lu Weibing recently discussed with fans of compact foldables to better understand their expectations.

Under the hood, the MIX Flip 2 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite, combined with a battery 5.100mAh with support to 67W fast charging via wired connection and 50W wireless charging, ensuring reduced charging times and extended autonomy.
The device will offer IPX8 certification, ensuring protection against water, an important detail for those looking for durability in foldable devices. In addition, Xiaomi has optimized the 4 inch external display, improving its interface with HyperOS 2, allowing apps to run more smoothly and intuitively.
