The presentation of the new Mi 10 series by Xiaomi has left a lot of fans with a bitter taste. On the one hand, the brand has in fact brought a truly complete smartphone on the market that has nothing to envy to the top of the range of more established brands such as Samsung and Huawei, on the other the price of the device has definitely increased compared to the previous generation.
Xiaomi Poco F2 EEC certified, imminent arrival?
Having said that, to satisfy even those who want to spend less, the smartphone manufacturer has already released the Redmi K30 Pro in China. A smartphone with flagship specifications with some shortcomings in terms of features that allow it to keep the price low.
Well, apparently despite the fact that the device is highly anticipated in the rest of the world, the latest rumors suggest that there may not be a global version of the K30 Pro, but a totally different smartphone with the name of POCO F2.
All this would be confirmed by a certification that has just appeared on the Eurasian EEC certification site. In the image above we see in fact a device with model name “M2004J11G” under the brand POCO. Obviously, as with all other smartphones POCO, this too will be produced in China by the parent company, Xiaomi.

POCO F1
Unfortunately, from the online certificate, however, we cannot verify any of the specifications that we will find on board this terminal POCO. But as previously mentioned, we could be faced with something different than the Redmi K30 Pro. So the Poco brand could go back to its origins, bringing a new device never seen before as happened with the POCO F1.
Now, although the specifications are still unknown, it is now established that the POCO F2 must equip the best hardware out there, at least from a performance point of view. This means that we will find the modern Qualcomm Snapdragon 865, together with LPPDR4X or LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.0 / UFS 3.1 internal memory. As for the other features, we should wait for further updates.
