The Qingping Bluetooth Alarm Clock is a smart alarm clock with several features. It integrates both the alarm function and the thermometer, hygrometer and even light for the night.
The design of the device is quite simple, it has a cubic shape with a front LCD display, while on the back we find the battery compartment. We then have a rubber base to have a greater grip and to prevent the alarm clock from slipping away with perhaps a pressure.
The product can be connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth. After this the time will be synchronized and it will be possible to set the different alarms up to a maximum of 16 groups. Each group can have one of the 8 different ring tones with the volume power configured at will.
Once started, the alarm can be delayed for 10 minutes with a single press. Instead, after two quick presses, the alarm is deactivated.
As far as sensors are concerned, the Qingping Bluetooth Alarm Clock adopts Sensirion sensors of Swiss production. These can measure the temperature with an accuracy of ± 0.2 ℃. While for humidity there is a margin of error of ± 2% RH.
As we said earlier, the alarm can also be used as a light. To activate it, just press at the top. The brightness can be set according to the time, so for example between 10am and 7am it only works at 50%. The same applies to the duration of ignition which can be infinite or only 30 seconds.
Finally, the smart side is not missing. Qingping's alarm clock can indeed "talk" with other Xiaomi gadgets at home. So it can for example start the electric stove when the internal temperature drops below 20 degrees and so on.
The Xiaomi Qingping Bluetooth Alarm Clock is now in crowdfunding in China at the figure of 59 Yuan, about € 7,50.
