After the 4G LTE version announced by the Chinese company Xiaomi about its Redmi Phablet notes available for some time now there is a new official news from the company.
Xiaomi is about to launch a version of XMUMXS with 1G LTE networks unfortunately with protocols valid only for Chinese networks.
This new device will be available in China starting on Saturday 16 August, the day when the new MIUI V6 interface of the Chinese company will be shown.
The Xiaomi Redmi 1S 4G will have the hardware compartment different from the 3G version, in fact this phone will be equipped with a SoC Mediatek instead of the Qualcomm Snapdragon chip that is on board the 1S version without LTE.
The SoC Mediatek version is the MT6582 with four Cortex A7 cores with 1.3 GHz frequency matched to 1 GB of RAM.
Also an important difference lies in a single SIM card slot on the new 4G version, unlike the little brother who has the double support.
The battery was brought to a 10% more by getting to 2200 mAh against the 2000 of the 3G version.
While all the other technical features should be unchanged with respect to the other models of this Redmi, then we will find:
- 4.7 HD display with 720p resolution
- 8 megapixel rear camera with flashLED
- front 1.6 megapixel camera
- internal memory from 8 GB expandable via microSD
- operating system very likely Android 4.4 KitKat with Miui V6
The Xiaomi Redmi 1S 4G will be offered at a very low price, which should be around the 699 CYN, which translates to around 84 Euro at our exchange.
