There is great news for Xiaomi and for us fans. The giant has in fact announced that it has become the second telephone company in the Indian market, thanks to the excellent results obtained during the last quarter of the year just ended. The news is confirmed by the latest report from IDC (International Data Corporation), which showed an important increase in terms of company share, now at 10.7%. The result is astounding considering that in the same quarter of 2015 the share stood at 3.3%.
Xiaomi is also the largest online seller of the Indian subcontinent and the recently launched Redmi 3S is currently one of the best sellers together with the Redmi Note 4. The series of milestones collected by Mi India in recent months is remarkable: among the many records made record in the last period the huge collection of the company stands out, over a billion dollars, obtained also thanks to the remarkable success of the Redmi Note 3, the first smartphone in terms of online sales in the history of the Indian market. The moment gained by Manu Jain (head of Mi India) and his companions shows no signs of stopping and the aspirations are always greater, as it should be. The popularity of the Xiaomi brand is growing all over the globe and this is just the umpteenth confirmation.
