Xiaomi Roborock T4 Robot Vacuum Cleaner presented in China
As we had anticipated a few days ago, the new T4 is the second best vacuum cleaner developed by Xiaomi right after the presented T6 poco more than a month ago. In fact, the Roborock T4 can be considered the successor of the now somewhat elderly Xiaomi Mi Robot.
The Xiaomi Roborock T4 is equipped with a very powerful suction system, up to 2000Pa, while the internal battery is 5200mAh for two and a half hours of use and cleaning of an area of 250 square meters. The robot vacuum cleaner then comes with the LDS technology, which is the one that allows you to map the entire house and create an intelligent cleaning plan, this is done through the use of high-precision lasers. Obviously the chosen route will be as fast and efficient as possible.
Furthermore, on the T4 it will be possible to map walls that the robot cannot bypass. These can be added through the dedicated application or added physically on the exact point. What's more, the device can be controlled with Xiaomi's AI assistant, Xiao AI, at least in China.
Inside the T4 Roborock we find a filter that can be rinsed and reused, so as not to have to buy a new one, even the brushes can be removed to be cleaned more easily (especially from hair etc). Finally, the robot vacuum cleaner has a base for recharging, supports backflushing and much more.
The Xiaomi Roborock T4 is now on sale in China for the price of 1999 Yuan, or about 260 euros, Chinese users can buy it in advance at the amount of 1699 Yuan (220 euros).
Differences with the t6?
So at first glance they seem very similar. I believe the T6 can divide the house into rooms while the T4 cannot.
