Il great ad of Xiaomi, anticipated yesterday, turned out to be only one price cut (in China) Xiaomi Mi3 of the 16GB version which goes from 1999 to 1699 ¥ (from 231 to 196 €).
The price reduction is certainly not a surprise considering the fact that Xiaomi are already working to realize the next line and that the OnePlus One was presented only 5 days ago. Perfect timing. At the moment the price reduction will affect only Chinese consumers and only the 16GB version.
The Xiaomi MI3, we recall, offers for ¥ 1699 (about € 196) a display from 5 Full-HD Thumbs 1920 × 1080, processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 by 2,3 Ghz, 2GB RAM, rear camera by 13 mega-pixels and battery from 3150 mAh. The OnePlus One for 269 € (still not for sale) offers a 5,5 Full HD display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor from 2,5 Ghz, 3GB RAM, 3100 mAh battery, 13 megapixel camera and 4G LTE connectivity .
Now we have to wait and see if the 64GB version will eventually be upgraded with more RAM and new Snapdragon 801 processor Xiaomi Mi3S.
