Although the blogger did not specify which manufacturer it is, Xiaomi is the only top five mobile phone manufacturer in China that still uses the USB 2.0 interface on its mobiles.
For the uninitiated, the theoretical maximum transfer rate of USB 2.0 interface is 480 Mbps, and the speed of USB 3.0 is 5,0 Gbps.
