What ZMI offers is a new kit of lithium batteries, therefore rechargeable, which stand out for the promise of high longevity and large capacity in terms of energy. In fact, the kit consists of a charger and 4 AA type batteries (classic stylus) whose capacity reaches 2900 mAh, or 50% higher capacity than conventional batteries.

Returning to the question of duration over time, ZMI guarantees over 1000 recharges without the batteries losing efficiency or presenting problems. Added to this is a voltage reduction system present in the charger, capable of protecting the batteries themselves once they are fully charged.
Charging takes place in just 3,5 hours if we charge all 4 batteries at the same time, while the time is reduced to 3 hours if we power 2 batteries. Not an extreme time saving, but what matters most is the price. In fact, the rechargeable battery kit, consisting of 4 units and related ZMI charger, is offered on Xiaomi Youpin at the price of 99 yuan, or about 12,5 euros at the current exchange rate. As with all products launched on Xiaomi's crowdfunding platform, sales at the moment are exclusive to China but we are sure to soon see this product appear in the digital windows of third-party stores that also import into our country.
