Xiaomi's sub-brand, ZMI, is always active in the production of smartphone accessories. In particular today, ZMI presented a new power bank for sale exclusively on the famous Chinese store JingDong. Why exactly on JD and not the official Xiaomi website? Well, quite simply because it is a special edition created precisely for the e-commerce platform and sold by the ZMI store.

Going to the device itself, the official name is ZMI Quick Charge Power Bank Jingdong Exclusive Edition and adopts a very simple design with a wavy external motif to increase its grip. Inside the plastic body with a thickness of only 15mm we then find a battery with a capacity of 10000mAh.
The power bank then has a total of three USB ports. Specifically, we find two USB Type-A ports (the ordinary one) and one USB Type-C port (the reversible one). We can therefore charge up to three devices at the same time with a maximum power of 15W.
If, on the other hand, only the 18W port is used, thanks to the two-way fast charging technology (it will be possible to recharge the smartphone at 18W with the PD (power delivery) standard). While for example with an adapter from USB Type-C to Lightning you can recharge an iPhone by 55 percent in just 30 minutes.
The USB interface for 18W fast charging also supports different protocols, so as to work with most smartphones on the market, but also tablets and more. Supported fast charging protocols include Quick Charge 3.0, Huawei FCP and Samsung AFC.
If, on the other hand, you want to recharge your smartphone more slowly to safeguard battery life, all you need to do is press the power bank's power button twice and activate the "low-charging" mode. This mode is also useful for charging small devices such as TWS Bluetooth headphones, fitness band and much more.
Finally, the power bank uses high quality lithium-ion batteries together with several features for the prevention of accidents such as overcharge, overdischarge, overheating, short circuits and other anomalies. At the same time we have a faster refill and better download coefficient.
The ZMI Quick Charge Power Bank JingDong Exclusive Edition is now on sale in China at the price of 99 Yuan, about 13 euros. The price will rise to 129 Yuan (16 euros) after the initial offer period.
