A few weeks ago the Nubia Z40 Pro and ZTE Axon 40 were caught at the CMIIT certification site in China. Among these, the Z40 Pro is confirmed for launch on February 25, while there is no official news on the arrival of the Axon 40. Today, the Axon-branded smartphone has obtained Chinese 3C and TENAA certifications.

According to what we read in the certification, the Axon 40 measures 163,37 x 75,88 x 8,56 mm and weighs 199 grams. The device has a 6,67-inch OLED display with an FHD + resolution, a 20: 9 aspect ratio and an under-display fingerprint sensor.
As for the photos, the smartphone would be equipped with a 44 megapixel front camera, while on the back we have a 64 megapixel primary camera, coupled with an ultra wide 8 megapixel lens and a 5 megapixel camera for macro photos.
Finally, the Axon 40 appears to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC and may be equipped with 6GB / 8GB / 12GB / 16GB of RAM and storage options such as 128GB / 256GB / 512TB / 1TB. It features a 5.000mAh battery and could support 65W fast charging.
