Lenovo-owned brand Motorola has just unveiled the new Moto 125W GaN Flash Charging Adapter. The charger will be sold in China at a price of 249 yuan, about 35 euros at the current exchange rate.

The 125W Gallium Nitride Moto Charger supports the Exclusive moto protocol. The peak power of 125W means that the charger is able to charge the Moto X30 Pro from 0% to 50% in just 7 minutes. The charging adapter comes with support for QC 3.0 and PD 3.0 charging protocol. The product is compatible with the QC 5.0 protocol and without fast charging it works at 20V / 3A (60W).
On the Moto 125W GaN Flash Charging Adapter we also find an ON Semiconductor control chip that effectively reduces the size of the charger. While the casing is made of fireproof material with a matte and satin finish.
In addition, Motorola's fast charger is certified by the Chinese certification body 3C and has a variety of onboard safety protection such as overcharge, overheat and short circuit protection.
Finally, the Moto 125W GaN Flash Charging Adapter comes with a 1 meter USB-C data cable, which is made with a double-sided conductive aluminum foil and TPE flame retardant material. The cable supports a current flow of up to 6A.
