Chinese smartphone maker OPPO seems to want to complete the alphabet with its Reno5 series. After presenting the Reno5 K a few weeks ago, today the new OPPO Reno5 F was presented.

The smartphone comes with a 6,43-inch AMOLED screen with 1080 × 2400 resolution and 60Hz refresh rate, while the tactile sampling rate is 135Hz (180Hz in Game mode). The maximum brightness settles at 800 nits and we have a fingerprint sensor under the display.
The OPPO Reno5 F is powered by a MediaTek Helio P95 SoC, the octa core chipset with a maximum frequency of 2.2GHz is then coupled to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of memory expandable via microSD.
As for the photos, the smartphone adopts a 48 MP main camera with an f / 1.7 aperture, assisted by an 8MP ultra wide angle, a 2MP macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies we find instead a 32MP camera with f / 2.4 aperture.
The smartphone integrates a 4.310mAh battery with support for 30W VOOC charging. We then have ColorOS 11 based on Android 11 and its dimensions are 160,1 x 73,2 x 7,8 mm for a weight of 172g.
Finally for the price, the Reno5 F is now on sale in Kenya for 31.499 KES, on € 240 at current exchange rates. The smartphone is expected to launch in several other countries in the weeks to follow.
