Just yesterday we announced that Xiaomi is looking for beta testers to start with the update project, defined Closed beta, to Android Oreo on the top of the 2 Mi Mix range. The company has invited members of the official MIUI forum to register to preview the innovations implemented before the launch on a global scale. Well after a few hours from recruitment, a user wanted to share his experience, so as to leak an unequivocal picture, related to software information, that is MIUI 9 interface 7.12.18 version with 8.0 Android kernel.
From previous images from the Xiaomi Mi 6 beta, MIUI 9 and Android version 8.0 Oreo, one was highlighted graphic change related to the preview of multitasking. Indeed the focus on which it seems to concentrate Android 8.0 Oreo is the increase and optimization of the battery as well as the speed of opening applications. We therefore expect that the combination of Android Oreo and MIUI 9, not only on the 2 Mi Mix, can in some sense create the right winning formula on these aspects already in a sense implemented with the release of the proprietary interface of Xiaomi.
