At the moment there are no certainties on this but on the net emerged rumors about which the Chinese giant will implement for the first time a curved display on a smartphone on board the new Xiaomi Mi Note 2.
Analyzing this little information already, we can see how the whole is plausible. In fact, considering that the first generation of Mi Note has long represented the top of the range of the catalog and, also considering that a novelty such as the curved display could only be initially integrated only in a top of the range device, the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 seems to be the perfect candidate.
As for the dimensions of the new smartphone, we believe that they will retrace those of the first generation and the new Galaxy S7 edge from Samsung: the display should therefore have a diagonal of approximately 5,5 inches or 5,7 inches. Wanting to make assumptions about the technical characteristics instead, we could say that the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will be a larger Xiaomi Mi5 with a curved display. In fact, some rumors speak of Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC and 4 GB of RAM memory.
As you can see, however, there is absolutely nothing at all for sure, so we invite you to take the news with the benefit of the doubt. Before leaving you, however, we remind you that the Xiaomi Mi Note was the first Xiaomi smartphone to equip a curved glass on the rear body (a feature then taken from Mi5).
