Xiaomi, the well-known Chinese electronics brand, has launched a new product for floor cleaning and sterilization: the Mijia Wireless Floor Scrubber 2C. It is an innovative product that promises to eliminate 99,99% of bacteria and viruses present on the floor, without the need to add sterilizing liquids. The product is now available for pre-order at the price of 999 yuan, approximately 128 euros.

The Mijia Wireless Floor Scrubber 2C is based on the electrolyzed water technology, which generates an alkaline solution and an acidic solution through an electric current. These two solutions are mixed in a system integrated into the product, which delivers them in real time to the floor. The resulting solution has strong disinfectant and cleaning power, but is harmless to people and pets.
The product is equipped with a rotating brush that can wash and dry the floor at the same time, at a speed of 500 times per minute. The brush also cleans in real time thanks to a scraper that removes hair and dirt. The product also has the ability to separate dry and wet waste, which is collected in two separate tanks: one 550mL for waste water and one 740mL for clean water.
The Wireless Floor Scrubber 2C has a 2500mAh built-in battery, which guarantees an autonomy of approximately 30 minutes. This means it can easily clean a 180㎡ apartment on a single charge. The product also has three operation modes: standard mode, absorption mode and sterilization mode. Each mode can activate the enhanced state, which increases the amount of solution dispensed and brush pressure.
The Mijia Wireless Floor Scrubber 2C is a smart product that connects to the Mijia app, through which you can check the battery status, water level, operating mode and other settings. The product also has an elegant and minimalist design, with a white and gray color. The weight is approximately 3,5 kg, while the dimensions are 315 x 300 x 1065 mm.
