ZTE Axon 40 Series: Pro version is a camera upgrade
Well, now let's find out some of the specifics of their photographic sector. Specifically, ZTE announced that the Axon 40 Pro will bring a 100 megapixel high definition main camera, and a total of four lenses, while the Axon 40 Ultra will have three 64 megapixel lenses.
As we know, the rear camera of the previous model, ZTE Axon 30 Pro, uses a 64 megapixel main camera with 1 / 1,73 inch sensor (Sony IMX682) and the ultra wide angle uses a 5 megapixel Samsung S3KGW64 sensor and 1 / 1,97 inches, another 10MP macro lens and a 2 megapixel depth of field sensor.
Then the Axon 40 Pro will increase the resolution of the main camera to 100 megapixels. The sensor is expected to use the more mature 108MP Samsung CMOS and add OIS optical image stabilization, while the other three lenses will remain unchanged.
In terms of performance, the ZTE Axon 30 Pro is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen1 with 4nm process, quad-channel LPDDR5 3200MHz RAM and UFS3.1 flash memory.
