We have from poco having learned the news of the debut in the Global version of the highly anticipated top of the range Xiaomi Mi 10, the qule should arrive in the European market as of March 27, but the spirits light up again for the news, or rather a rumor, concerning the existence of a new version, namely the Xiaomi Mi 10S. But wait to exult, because the new device does not at all recall the SE series, which characterizes the new flagships of the Chinese company in a compact soul, but rather the future S version, could represent a new generation of phablet, previously left to the MAX series.
Xiaomi Mi 10S arriving in mid 2020: a giant in the display ready to replace the MAX series?
The leaker gave the news Digital Chat Station, through a post published on the social Weibo few hours ago, therefore nothing official but not denied by the company led by Lei Jun. Xiaomi Mi 10S, will be the new smartphone of the Mi 10 family, characterized by a huge display, as if the 6,7 inches dedicated to the panel currently equipped on Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro were not enough.
The leaker limited himself to throwing the stone into the pond of the fans of the Chinese brand, without adding details, although we can speculate that the huge panel to which he refers, is the same as the recent BlackShark 3 Pro gaming phone, i.e. with a diagonal of 7,1, 10 inches. According to what has been leaked, Xiaomi Mi XNUMXS should arrive in the second half of the year, a period in which in the past the company generally presented the Max series devices.
As usual in these cases we look forward to further indiscretions or official confirmation. In the meantime, however, we can assume that the hypothetical launch period, i.e. the second half of the year, may also have been planned due to the fact that the alleged Mi 10S is an upgrade of the current versions and will therefore be renewed from the point of view of the SoC. Should we expect a huge phablet with Snapdragon 865 Plus?
And finally, I would say ... after the Mi Max, two Mi Max 2 and a Mi Max 3 that gave me up the day before yesterday, if something of decent size hadn't arrived, at least 7 ″ or more, I would have had to change brands ...

I also wanted a big screen last year and I was hoping in the max4, I finally settled for the mi9T, but a 6.36 actually stays small to play (pretty much the same as the 5.5 in my old op3, it's only longer). I guess I'll throw myself on a 10 ″ wifi tablet this spring, so at least I'll enjoy it at home. Then I'll see outside the house... Read the rest »
