As anticipated, Amazfit GTR 2 e Amazonfit GTS 2 are receiving an important update in these hours. This predicts the arrival of Alexa, Amazon's digital assistant, completely in Italian. This feature was highly anticipated but most of all in great demand. Almost daily we received messages asking us when Alexa in Italian would arrive on GTR 2 and GTS 2. Starting today, we can use it. As anticipated, the GTS 2 model received the update number 4.0.1.5 while the GTR 2 the one with number 6.0.1.1. In both cases there was the addition of the Italian language for Alexa. However we remember that there is no voice feedback: this means that the smartwatches will "respond" only by writing on the Amazfit display and not by microphone.
How to have Alexa in Italian on GTS 2 and GTR 2 smartwatches
To have Alexa in Italian on smartwatches, just connect them to the companion app Zepp e update the device. A whole series of bug fixes and bug fixes from the last update a few months ago will also arrive with the voice assistant. We recommend that you always have both devices (smartphones and smartwatches) charged to at least 50%. If you haven't received the update, don't worry: within this week it will arrive.
