The infinite series of rumors on Mi 6 does not stop to stop and we are here to bring you every single indiscretion. The latest news comes from analyst Kevin Wang, saying that there would be a possibility for Mi 6 to have a ceramic body. Among the many corridor voices of the past few weeks, there was one that suggested the existence of several versions of the smartphone, each of which characterized by different specifications (mainly with regard to the amount of RAM and storage space, other rumors there would also be differences with regard to SoC). The hypothesis of a ceramic chassis for the high end version seems therefore plausible.
At the same time, the possibility raises strong doubts, mainly due to the known problems faced by Xiaomi during the construction of smartphones with the same characteristics. In fact, we recall that Mi Mix, the latest jewel of the Chinese company, at the time of launch was tormented by problems related to availability, linked precisely to the production difficulties of the ceramic body. The same fate had befallen the ceramic version of the Mi 5: the stock problems were so serious as to force Xiaomi to suspend the production of the model in question forever. It is therefore difficult to understand what the intentions of the company are.
