Here we go again, the GizChina team once again succeeded in realizing a great exclusivity. We are talking aboutunboxing and of the first impressions of the last little gem of Xiaomi, lo Xiaomi Redmi Notes. We thank first of all the cousins of GizChina.es for the preview!
If you had never heard of it (impossible), then Xiaomi Redmi Notes is the first phablet of the Pekingese company or if you want the Xiaomi device with the largest display with a diagonal of 5,5 inches. Jun & co. have managed to set a trend once again, the Xiaomi Redmi Note is the new device to beat, but, as we have seen in recent days, they have appeared on its way many competitors (all inspired by him).
Xiaomi has made 2 different versions of it. That "premium"Is equipped with a processor Mediatek MT6592 8-core by 1,7 Ghz, 2GB RAM e 16GB storage, that "standard"Instead the Mediatek MT6592 8-core with lower clocks from 1,4 Ghz, 1GB RAM ed 8GB storage. The rest of the specifications then, the display from 5,5 inch HD 1280 × 720, the camera hardware and the battery is the same for both.

Xiaomi Redmi Note - First impressions
When you are faced with a new phone, especially to a long awaited as the Xiaomi Redmi Note, you are often excited to know its potential, its features to get a general idea of the level of the device. With the Xiaomi Redmi Note that feeling of novelty is not there! As you can easily see from the photos, this phone picks up strongly the lines of Xiaomi Redmi (Hongmi) from 4,7 inches with which we are now very familiar. Obviously the dimensions change, but design, quality of materials and general appearance is practically the same!
Quality of materials and assembly meet a great deal (on the other hand, it is a Xiaomi device...). The display from 5,5 HD inches 1280 × 720 is a valid unit that you can find on many other phones of the same price target (and in the future trust that you will find many).
The Redmi Note clearly performs the MIUI V5 based on Android 4.2.2, one of the most modified Custom ROMs and even most followed. The general system is stable and quick right away.
If you are thinking of switching from Xiaomi Redmi to Xiaomi Redmi Note, we have to tell you that the extra 0.8 inches are very useful and that the Redmi Note display unit is more responsive than Redmi's. Not to mention that the Mediatek MT6592 8-core processor is much better performing than the quad-core MT6589T.
In conclusion, the Xiaomi Redmi Note is a good phone that on the market, fortunately for the company, will sell very well. Even if you are not a fan of Xiaomi you should be happy because the Xiaomi Redmi Note will move, like its predecessor, the competing companies and will push them to do their best to compete in the mid-range market.
