With Premium it will therefore be possible to understand if your body is ready to train, or if it is better to focus on recovery. It also allows you to access over 200 trainings designed by certified instructors and famous brands, including Daily Burn, barre3 and obè.
Also worth mentioning is the EDA sensor: Fitbit Charge 5 is the first to have it, and it measures the body's response to stress by detecting small changes in the sweat glands on the fingers.
