Gionee K30 Pro is the new smartphone to avoid with 2 fake cameras and Android 7.1

Gionee is a Chinese manufacturer that has already gone bankrupt, but that doesn't seem to affect the release of new smartphones. So today we welcome the new Gionee K30 Pro, on sale in two configurations of 6 GB + 128 GB at the price of 699 yuan (90 €), and 8 GB + 128 GB at the price of 799 yuan (100 €) ).

Gionee K30 Pro is the new smartphone to avoid with 2 fake cameras and Android 7.1

In terms of design, the Gionee K30 Pro uses a 6,53-inch drop notch LCD display with a resolution of only 720X1560. We then have a glass back cover, a weight of 204,2 grams and the overall dimensions of 164,3 × 77,7 × 9,7mm.

The smartphone is powered by an unspecified MediaTek processor clocked at 2.0GHz.As mentioned earlier there are two memory configurations of 6GB / 8GB and 128GB / 256GB. The built-in battery has a capacity of 4000mAh and the smartphone runs on the Android 7.1.1 operating system.

According to official data, the Gionee K30 Pro adopts an 8 megapixel front camera, but it is on the back that we find its "strong point".

We refer to the circular-shaped camera module nicknamed Oreo, with “three” cameras, LED flashes and even the fingerprint sensor inside. The number of cameras is in quotes as there is actually only one 16MP sensor, with the other two being there for design only.

What can I say, a smartphone that we strongly advise against, with its fake cameras and the obsolete Android 7.1.1 as an operating system.
