Honor, the well-known Chinese smartphone brand, today announced the presentation date of its new products: the foldable flagship Honor Magic Vs2 and the smartwatch Honor Watch 4 Pro. The event will be held on 12 October and will be broadcast live online.
Honor Magic Vs2 and Watch 4 Pro: the launch date has been officially set
The official event poster shows the design of the two devices. Honor Magic Vs2 adopt a solution a internal folding and has three vertical rear cameras. Honor Watch 4 Pro has a green + gold color, with a round dial and a green leather strap. Both products combine elegance and technology, following Honor's distinctive style.
According to blogger Digital Chat Station, Honor Magic Vs2 will use a large amount of magnesium alloy and rare earths and will “lead its competitors” in terms of weight, thickness, etc. It is a light and resistant material, which guarantees greater durability and better heat dissipation.
Previously, a new phone appeared on Geekbench 6 with model number VER-AN00, which should be the next folding screen Honor Magic Vs2. The score shows us that this new phone has a single-core score of 1648 it's a multi-core score of 4201. It is equipped with Android 13 system and the trial version is a version from 16 GB of memory.
You can also see from the website that this new device comes with a down-clocked version of the Snapdragon 8+ processor. The CPU is composed of 1 core of 3,00 GHz + 3 cores of 2,50 GHz + 4 cores of 1,80 GHz. For comparison, the Snapdragon 8+ CPU processor is composed of 1 core of 3,2 GHz + 3 2,75 GHz core + 4 x 2,0 GHz cores.
Honor Magic Vs2 therefore promises to be a high-end foldable smartphone, capable of offering excellent performance, great autonomy and superior photographic quality. Honor Watch 4 Pro, however, will be a multifunctional smartwatch, with functions dedicated to health, fitness and communication.
