According to the latest news coming to us from China, especially those of the most reliable leaker of all Digital Chat Station, Honor V40 will be a real flagship. At least as regards its oriental version (we know in fact that it will change its name when it arrives in Europe), it would be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ processor, capable of rivaling on equal terms with the Snapdragon 865. The source is GameBench, a well-known portal for smartphone benchmarks.
But what makes us think, besides the leaker's words, that it is precisely this processor? The Honor V40's GPU is Mali-G77 MC9, one of the latest releases of the homonymous company, which would be integrated right on the MediaTek Dimensity 1000+.
Specifications in brief
Based on previous news, the Honor V40 will be equipped with a display by 6.72 " and with a resolution of FHD +, will support ultra-high refresh rate of 120Hz and a tactile sampling rate of 300Hz. We will also find the 66W wired fast charging plus 44W wireless.
As for the design instead, the distinctive feature of this device will be the porthole camera, round, with four sensors placed "cross". For the rest it will be necessary to wait for official news from the brand.
