Today, MediaTek announced that its next flagship chip, the Dimension 9200+, will be officially released on May 10th. At the moment, three manufacturers have confirmed their plans to use this SoC, namely iQOO, ASUS ROG and Redmi. Between these, iQOO Neo8 Pro it will be the first device to adopt this new chip.

According to leaks from China earlier, the upcoming Dimension 9200+ chip from MediaTek adopts TSMC's 4nm manufacturing process and the CPU part consists of one Cortex X3 super core, three large Cortex A715 cores and four small Cortex A510 cores, of which the frequency of the super large core is 3,35GHz and the large core has a frequency of 3,0 .XNUMX GHz. While in terms of graphics, the GPU is an Immortalis-G715 MC11.
In the previous days, a score on the well-known benchmarking platform AnTuTu was also leaked in which a new phone with the model number “V2302A” appeared. That phone was revealed to be the iQOO Neo8 Pro, which as mentioned earlier will debut with the Dimensity 9200+ processor. The second generation Snapdragon 8 has an AnTuTu score of around 1,34 million, while as we can see the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ managed to get a score 1.368.597. It can therefore be said that the Dimension 9200+ will be the best performing chip for Android devices on the market.
