It was way back in July 2019 when we first talked to you about Mi Health, the Xiaomi app dedicated entirely to fitness Although it was only available for some countries and was not official with us, the team of had thought about it XDA to bring it to us through apk. We have news that this app has received a nice chubby update that does renews the interface and expands its features. Before I tell you what changes, being poco present on our devices, we remind you that this is an app dedicated to fitness like Mi Fit and therefore it is possible, through it, to keep under control the number of steps, distance e burned calories and especially the sleep control to see how much and how we sleep at night.
Mi Health receives a nice update: new interface and more integrated functions
Now the Mi Health homepage looks much more simple and clean. With this update you can view the daily, weekly and monthly sleep patterns. You can also keep track of how many days you sleep well, how, what time you wake up for certain reasons, etc. The source we are referring to admits that new Mi Health features should be released with MIUI 12.
Below is the changelog of the update in question for Mi Health:
- the New Material Design homepage is simple and clear;
- big update of the sleep tracking function;
- new version of the page dedicated to sleep;
- improved motion detection capability;
- the module dedicated to sport supports access to sport data and steps deriving from Xiaomi smartwatches;
- the weight module supports the recording and visualization of body data;
- added support to dark mode;
- smoother animations.
