Honor's first sub-brand is born?

How things change, and in poco time, but still now the separation between Huawei and Honor it looks so recent. But a few months have already passed since the separation. Ren Zhengfei's company was effectively forced to sell its own sub-brand, after the ban applied by the USA. Honor became an independent company, soon acquired by the Chinese investment group Shenzhen Zhixin New Information Technology.

However, some do not see very clearly in this story: they believe that Huawei, in addition to having instilled well 12 billion euros from the sale of Honor, continues to use the latter to sell undisturbed in the West. Therefore, it is not clear what the real behavior of the two companies is, especially because they are Chinese. And we know that the Chinese government is always very meddling towards companies in the country.

Meanwhile, Honor creates its own sub-brand

Anyway, the new Honor course seems to be now complete. With the icing on the cake: its own sub-brand, according to the latest news leaked online. It would be called Xingyao, but using the conditional is a must: at the moment there are no confirmations from the company.

According to the Chinese media, it will be a sub-brand entirely dedicated to the world of wearables. It will therefore not produce smartphones. The intent will still be the same as the other sub-brands on the market: to lower prices on online sales channels more and more. We'll see.
