Release date of Nothing Phone (2) in Italy: the company announces the arrival of its second smartphone complete with teaser

Carl Pei, the founder of Nothing, has just confirmed through his social channels that the company will launch the Nothing Phone (2) this summer. While there is no official date yet, the announcement is expected to take place in July, as with the first generation. Nothing also revealed that the device will be available for the first time in the United States. Although little information has been revealed so far, it is known that the Nothing Phone (2) will integrate the processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1. This is based on what was written in a post published on Linkedin (later modified) by Alex Katouzian of Qualcomm. However, it has not yet been revealed which graphics processor will be used.

Based on the word "Premium" used by Nothing, one might expect the phone to include at least 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, a battery from 5000 mAh and an AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Furthermore, one might expect that i Customizable LEDs, which light up when you receive a notification or a call, are kept for this second generation.

The one image posted shows some interesting details of the phone's design, such as a sort of "switch" inserted in a circular element, a hemisphere with a contrasting red insert, another rectangular insert and a surface with a raised dot texture. It is not clear which part of the device has been highlighted.
