According to official data, the OnePlus 11 Concept is the first product that miniaturizes liquid cooling technology and puts it in a mobile phone. To this end, OnePlus has created a number of unique technologies such as piezoelectric ceramic micro-pumps, self-developed multi-layer diaphragm structures and flow channel cutting precision machining, and has obtained more than 30 related patents.
Among them, the piezoelectric ceramic micro pump technology is the strong core of active liquid cooling technology. The external dimension is only 1/20 of the traditional impeller pump, and it is prepared with the most advanced Mems processing technology. The all-new self-developed multi-layer diaphragm structure realizes the welding and sealing of an ultra-thin film case less than 0,038mm for the first time through the unique new sealing and packaging process of the ultra-thin case, which not only achieves a super strong water vapor barrier effect, but also improve the thickness and feel of the whole device. We then have a surgical precision laser cutting process, with the high-precision cutting and machining flow channels further enhance the overall cooling effect of the liquid.
In terms of aesthetic design, the OnePlus 11 concept version broke the limit of glass hot bending technology for the first time, and the hot bending angle reached 84 degrees, far exceeding the general level of the sector. The four edges are almost at right angles, and the handle is round and delicate. The rear lens area adopts the same CNC guilloche engraving technique as the watch, has undergone more than 40 processes, forming 225 point mountain textures, with better light and shadow effects.
