OnePlus will unveil its latest flagship smartphones (the OnePlus 9 series) during a streaming launch event at 9:00 am on March 23rd (15: 00 Italian hours). The hype, however, is skyrocketing as the Chinese company has confirmed, in addition to the date, also the collaboration with the photography giant Hasselblad. The two companies are working to improve the camera performance of OnePlus smartphones, but it is not certain that the partnership will stop at this latest model. Indeed, we believe that even future flagship smartphones will be able to count on the name and quality of Swedish optics.

OnePlus has always prioritized a premium user experience on all fronts. Starting in 2021, we are making a concerted effort to significantly improve the smartphone camera experience for our users with the experience of a truly legendary partner, Hasselblad.
According to reports, the collaboration has seen well $ 150 million in investment over a three-year period. This three-year partnership will see smartphones adopt image processing software HASSELBLAD PRO MODE, which will give users more control over their photos, particularly when shooting in 12-bit RAW format. The devices will also benefit from the natural color calibration with which it should give the images a more natural tone.
