A few days ago Jerry Rig Everything tested the resistance of OnePlus 10T. The device, as we have seen, did not survive the bend test. In fact, the body literally broke in two, leaving users baffled. However, the brand has decided to clarify the situation about the resistance of the device in question.

OnePlus released an explanation on the reliability of its smartphones and the model 10T in particular. And while this isn't officially indicated anywhere, the likely reason for the release was a recent video from tech blogger Jerry Rig Everything, who managed to break the device in half with bare hands.
OnePlus 10T inherited from the OnePlus 10 Pro released earlier this year, not only the design, but also the problems constructive. Both devices can not only be folded by hand, but also broken without the use of auxiliary means. It is worth noting that in other flagships that have been reviewed by Zack Nelson, nothing of the kind is observed. Furthermore, even folding models pass this test.
However, OnePlus claims that its smartphones not only meet all standards, but even surpass them. At least within the lab test company.

In short, if what the company says is true, it is just a coincidence that Zack broke that precise model. A defect di manufacture perhaps? Or it just has the hands too strong?
