In fact, from the cover image you can see a device with a display interrupted by a central hole for the selfie camera.
What has aroused interest, of this alleged OnePlus Z is the presence of side frames rather contained with the exception of a slightly more marked "chin". Looking better at the leak, you can also see the presence of a fingerprint sensor positioned under the display.
