After presenting the new Find X3 series a few days ago, the Chinese technology giant, OPPO, now seems ready to launch a new medium-high range series. As you may have understood from the title we refer to the OPPO Reno6 Series.
Leak: OPPO Reno6 Series will be the first with wireless charging
According to the Chinese leakster Digital Chat Station, three Reno6 series smartphones from OPPO are in the final stages of production. We can therefore expect an earlier launch compared to the previous series which was presented in December 2020. That said, we must probably wait until May / June, if not July, to finally see them on the market.
As for the names of the various devices, according to what we have seen in the past, it is almost certain that the three devices will be called OPPO Reno6, Reno6 Pro and Reno6 Pro +.
In any case, the most important data revealed by the Chinese leakster is that the new Reno6 series will finally bring wireless charging technology to the medium-high range.
Digital Chat Station claims that the next series will support wired fast charging up to 65W via cable (it should be SuperVOOC 3.0) and 30W wireless charging.
What can I say, the day will finally come when we will see a mid-range device that does not cost a fortune with wireless charging on board? We obviously hope so!
