Let's go talk about Xiaomi, our favorite company, this time to inform you of some rumors that concern nothing less than the next flagship of the Chinese giant. Which smartphone are we talking about? Of the Xiaomi Mi5 obviously.
In fact, a few hours are in fact some rumors concerning the probable technical characteristics and the presumed presentation date that, let's say immediately, should take place 5 November. But let's get to the topic that perhaps more interesting to the most "smanettoni", the hardware aspect of the next Mi5. According to what was published by the leaker @leaksfly on its own Weibo profile, the top range Xiaomi Next generation will be equipped with a large diagonal display of 5.5 inches, of the promising processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 (which according to some rumors will be made by Samsung with production process at 14 nm) and well 4 GB of RAM memory. High level also the photographic sector that will be entrusted to a front camera of 8 megapixel and at a back of 16 megapixel with optical image stabilizer. Plausible, but not confirmed of course, the adoption of an outlet 3.1 USB Type-C.
Finally, the one that represents a real innovation on a Xiaomi device: a fingerprint recognition sensor that, unlike those integrated on current smartphones, will be placed under a soft touch button; this will be possible thanks to Qualcomm Sense ID, a particular technology that should exploit the ultrasound for fingerprint recognition.
We have already reported the probable launch date, but we still have a treat to reveal to you. Still according to rumors it seems that the Xiaomi Mi5 will be available immediately for us international buyers as, apparently, the device should guarantee a complete network coverage.
