According to what was reported by the analyst Kevin Wang of IHS Technology, this second half of the year will be characterized by a line of truly powerful Xiaomi-branded devices that, thanks to them, the company will be able to reach the goal of selling 20 million of units in the third quarter (Q3) of 2016 alone. However, to achieve this goal, Xiaomi will necessarily need to produce more than two smartphones (Mi 5S and Mi Note 2) to be presented in these three months, before the fourth (and last) quarter of 2016.
In addition to this, a first rumor regarding the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 has recently appeared on the well-known Chinese social network Weibo, according to which it is close to being presented and that this time Xiaomi has opted for a display diagonal larger than 5,5″ inches.
Going to the datasheet, there is the presence of a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 CPU with 3 GB of RAM and 16 GB of expandable internal memory, Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 Quick Charge Support, and, heard hearing, support for all LTE bands including those of 800 MHz, as already seen recently in the special edition of the Redmi Note 3 Pro | Xiaomi Redmi 3 Notes "Special Edition" officially presented |. Furthermore, if this were true, there should also be other variants of the same characterized by different quantities of internal memories (RAM and storage) and processors.
Even if we are in the presence of rumors, we can partly believe that what has been said so far can really correspond to the truth, as it is in the second half of last year that Xiaomi presented its Redmi Note 3. However, for now it would be better do not lean too far forward and wait for something more concrete, so take everything very lightly.
