A couple of days ago we reported about a new smartphone caught on the GeekBench benchmarking platform. Well, today that smartphone was presented under the name of Realme C12.
Realme C12 official with Helio G35 and 6000mAh battery
The Realme C12, currently only launched in Indonesia, comes with many similarities to the C15, including the 6,5-inch IPS LCD display with HD + resolution, a giant 6.000 mAh battery and the Helio G35 chipset.
The key differences between the two lie in the camera department where the new C12 comes with two additional 2MP cameras along with the main 13MP one. The selfie camera housed in the waterdrop notch also dropped to 5MP instead of the C8's 15MP. While the Helio G35 SoC is paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, which can be further expanded via microSD.
In any case, as mentioned earlier, the strong point of the smartphone is its 6.000 mAh battery with support for 10W charging and reverse charging functionality via cable. On the software side we find the Realme user interface based on Android 10.
The Realme C12 will be available in navy blue and coral red colors starting August 16. The price is set at IDR 1.899.000 (100 €) for the only version with 3GB / 32GB.
