Hello MIUIers of Italy and welcome to the complete changelog for the new version of the China Developer branch that reaches the MIUI 7.5.4 numbering and I remember it being published weekly every Thursday night.
This week we have no fix but new stuff. Few but substantial additions, especially the ability to sync your music on Mi Cloud, which will also be able to recognize music without having to upload it physically

Music - Synchronization of music tracks on MiCloud
1. All recognized local music tracks will automatically be added to Mi Cloud.
2. All synced songs can be downloaded to any devices you have signed in with your Mi account.
We recommend using WiFi for synchronization. The settings are accessible on: Mi Music app - My Settings - Songs in Mi Cloud
