Smartphone maker Vivo has just launched the new Vivo Y55 5G in Taiwan.

The new Y55 5G is very similar to the previously launched Y55s in terms of design and specifications, starting with the IPS LCD display with drop notch, a size of 6,58 inches, an FHD + resolution and a refresh rate of 60Hz. THE
For photos, the Vivo Y55 integrates a 50 megapixel main camera, coupled with a 2 megapixel depth sensor and a 2 megapixel macro camera, while for selfies there is an 8 megapixel front camera.
The Vivo Y55 5G is powered by the Dimensity 700 chipset, along with 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of UFS 3.1 memory. Inside we also find a 5000 mAh battery and support for 18 W charging via USB Type-C port. We then have a power button available on the right edge of the device that also acts as a fingerprint scanner.
Finally, the smartphone arrives pre-installed with the FunTouch OS 12 operating system based on Android 12.
The Vivo Y55 5G was launched in Taiwan at a price of NTD 7.990 (250 euros) in black and blue gradient colors.
