As scheduled, Vivo today presented the new Vivo Y72 5G, for the moment only available in India.
Vivo Y72 official 5G: Snapdragon 480, 90Hz screen and 48MP camera
The smartphone arrives with a 6,58-inch LCD display with a teardrop notch, a refresh rate of 90Hz, and a tactile sample rate of 180Hz. The display has a DCI-P3 color gamut and is HDR10 certified.
For photos, the Vivo Y72 5G integrates a 48MP main camera with an f / 1,8 aperture, a 2MP bokeh camera and an LED flash. While in front we have an 8MP selfie camera with an f / 1,8 aperture that supports Night Mode like the rear one.
In terms of performance, the Y72 5G arrives with the Snapdragon 480 chipset coupled with 8 GB of RAM (with 4GB of virtual RAM), an internal memory of 128 GB and runs with the FunTouch 11 operating system based on Android 11 .
On the connectivity front, the Y72 5G offers dual SIM, 5G, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, USB-C and a 3,5mm headphone slot. The device measures 164,15 x 75,35. x 8,4 mm and weighs 188 grams. The smartphone then has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, an audio jack and a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging.
For prices, the smartphone will be sold in India for 20990 rupees, about 240 euros at the exchange rate.
