If before we were a little indisposed to believe in the existence of Xiaomi 12Lite, slowly we are changing our minds. despite a big piece of the company confirming that there is no Xiaomi 12 Lite (in China), we have seen that the launch of the smartphone is around the corner, also for Europe. Now, all these statements are the result of speculation, especially the last one, so we have no official status. However, today we find that the smartphone has appeared on Geekbench, revealing (and confirming) his key specifications. Let's go and see everything in detail.
Xiaomi 12 Lite it seems that it will really arrive, but we do not know if only in India or even in Europe. Meanwhile, Geekbench reveals the specifics
According to published test results, Xiaomi 12Lite it is based on the octa-core processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G with a maximum clock speed of 2.4 GHz. Tested on a model equipped with 8 GB of RAM, but the insiders do not rule out the release of one more affordable configuration being a Lite. In the Geekbench benchmark tests, the single-threaded and multi-threaded scores are 788 and 2864 points, respectively. We note pleasantly that the smartphone is registered as a user of Android 12.
The benchmark does not reveal other Xiaomi 12 Lite specifications, however most of them have already been published by rather reliable sources. According to what we know it will come with a AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels (Full HD +) and a refresh rate of 120 Hz, stereo speakers, as well as a triple main camera with a main sensor 3 megapixel Samsung ISOCELL GW64. The announcement date and price have not yet been announced.
We believe the launch of this model will remain a mystery until the very end. It is in fact strange that until today we have no official news, despite its existence is more than confirmed.
