As we know, the release of the Xiaomi 12 series is scheduled for the evening of December 28th. Today, a few days after the official presentation, an image has leaked that shows me everything we want to know about the brand's next flagship, including design, specifications and even the price.
Xiaomi 12: new poster shows us the design, specifications and price of the next flagship (leak)
Let's start with the price of the Xiaomi 12 which will go on presale in China starting from 22:00 on December 28th and will be available on all Chinese ecommerce platforms on January 1st. We have the version with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory which will be sold for 3699 yuan (510 euros), the variant with 8GB of RAM and 256GB storage will cost 3999 yuan (555 euros) and finally the one with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of memory will be priced at 4399 yuan (610 euros).
That said, Chinese blogger Bald Panda revealed that he thinks the price shown in the poster is high, the camera parameters are different, and the rest are basically correct. So according to Bald Panda the starting price of the Xiaomi 12 will be lower than 3699 yuan, for example from 3299 to 3599 yuan (460 - 500 euros).
Returning to the smartphone itself, the poster shows us that the rear uses three cameras with large and small lenses. Among these, the main camera has a resolution of 50MP and OIS optical image stabilization, then there is a camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS and an ultra wide 13MP camera with macro function.
On the front, the smartphone adopts a 6,28-inch screen with Full HD + resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10 + and Dolby Vision support.
Finally, again according to the poster, the Xiaomi 12 integrates a 4500 mAh battery with support for 67W wired fast charging and 30W wireless charging. Obviously we find the NFC function and the MIUI 13 operating system.
Recall that it is still a leak, so it is all to be taken with a grain of salt.
