Xiaomi 12T Pro could be the first smartphone of the brand to have a 200 MP sensor

Big news at Xiaomi. We already have it written a few days ago: with its next smartphones, the Chinese brand wants to return to the glories of previous years. The devices dedicated to this goal are the Xiaomi 12T and above all it Xiaomi 12t pro, which - listen, listen - could be the first device ever of the brand to mount a camera with sensor from 200 MP. Here are all the details.

A Samsung 200MP sensor for the Xiaomi 12T Pro camera

According to reports from the well-known portal The Pixel, Xiaomi 12T Pro will be the first smartphone of the brand to have a 200MP camera sensor. The source also reveals the main specifications of the Xiaomi 12T Pro, which should be equipped with a display AMOLED a 120 Hz, enabled cameras OIS and support for 120W fast charging.

Motorola's next flagship is also rumored to have a 200MP camera. For now, this too is information to be taken with a grain of salt: both the American and the Chinese brands have neither confirmed nor denied anything in this regard.

According to what emerged in these days, Xiaomi 12T Pro will also be powered by a Snapdragon 8+ processor. The device is expected to hold up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. As for the price, the same source is unbalanced by underlining how in India the smartphone would cost about 50.000 rupees, or almost 620 € at the current exchange rate.

We will see in the coming days if official confirmations will arrive from Xiaomi, which for the moment has not released any statement. However, it is also true that the Xiaomi 12T recently received approval on the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) website, indicating an upcoming announcement. All that remains is to wait.
