When you think of Xiaomi, the thoughts of many undoubtedly go to the excellent quality / price ratio, especially in reference to the entry level / mid-range smartphones that the company over time has given to its Mi Fans. But it is with the top of the range category that Xiaomi has been able to be appreciated more, from the advent of the Mi 5 to the present day with the whole Mi 8 and Mi Mix 3 series, but let's not forget the POCOPHONE F1.
In general, the solar year for the smartphone sector starts at the end of February, so Lei Jun's OEM seems to be preparing for the debut of the new Xiaomi Mi 9, which could be released in two screen variants, 6 inches and 6,4 inches with technology AMOLED and resolution Full HD + and that most likely will adopt the so-called Waterdrop Screen at the design level, better known as notch to drop.

But apart from the design of what will be the future Chinese flagship, the news seems to concern above all the hardware that consists of a SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 with advanced features of the 5G but also the camera will not be outdone, as it is assumed by more rumors that Mi 9 will host on the back a triple camera with sensors from 48 + 24 + 20 megapixel. There are no rumors about the potential relegated to the photographic industry, but probably Xiaomi will offer the wide-angle mode, considering that now the sensor type tele is rather "obsolete".
We already know the 48 MP sensor, as it is equipped by the Redmi Note 7 but unlike the current Redmi flagship smartphone, this will be provided by Sony IMX586 model, using Quad Bayer technology. I will not dwell too much on this aspect because I remember that we are talking about rumors, which seem to reveal that Mi 9 will adopt a battery from 4100 mAh while in memory we will start from a base solution of 6 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage up to well 12 GB of RAM and 1 TB of internal storage.
A solution that perhaps might seem more a marketing strategy than that linked to the real usefulness of such a configuration but in any case interesting. The price? It is rumored a launch a 4999 yuan, equivalent to about 647 euro, but perhaps it is too early to make judgments in this sense. And what do you think?
